1. Product Overview
The LMB1-63H Series MCB 10kA Miniature Circuit Breaker provides reliable overload and short-circuit protection for residential, commercial, and light-industrial distribution systems. With a high 10kA breaking capacity and compliance with IEC 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2, it isolates faults fast while keeping a compact 18mm-per-pole modular footprint on a standard 35mm DIN rail. Available in 1P–4P with B, C, and D curves and rated currents from 6A to 63A, the MCB-10K is built for panel builders, distributors, and wholesale procurement with full certification and OEM/ODM support for global markets.

3. Operating Principle
- Overload thermal trip: When circuit overload occurs, heat generated by overload current bends the internal bimetallic strip, triggering the trip mechanism to cut off power and prevent cable overheating. This is inverse time protection: higher overload current leads to faster tripping.
- Short-circuit electromagnetic trip: In case of short-circuit fault, instantaneous high current creates electromagnetic force to trigger instant breaking, limiting short-circuit energy and protecting cables and equipment.
- Manual ON/OFF operation: Toggle handle UP = ON (close circuit); Toggle handle DOWN = OFF (open circuit). After fault tripping, the handle stays at intermediate position. Reset is required by pushing handle fully to OFF position before re-closing.
⚠️ Important Note: This MCB series does NOT provide residual current (earth leakage) protection. For leakage protection, install residual current attachment or select LVMA LMB1LE series RCBO.
4. Our Advantages
- Full specification stock availability Complete current ratings, pole configurations and curve types in sufficient stock. Support mixed batch orders for panel builders and electrical contractors, with fast bulk shipment available.
- Accurate and stable tripping performance Precision calibrated bimetallic strip and electromagnetic release, accurate tripping characteristics with temperature compensation, avoids nuisance tripping and ensures selective protection coordination.
- Strict factory quality inspection Each unit undergoes overload tripping test, short-circuit breaking test, dielectric withstand test and mechanical life test before delivery to ensure reliable on-site performance.
- Universal standard compatibility Industry-standard mounting dimensions and outline, fully compatible with mainstream 10kA MCB0 on the market. Can be directly installed in standard distribution boxes without modification.
- Complete project technical support Provide dimension drawings, wiring diagrams, selection guides and test certificates to support project design, tender bidding and on-site commissioning guidance.
